Mini vegetables are quick and easy. Just stir fry in a wok and they are ready to eat. Combine these mini vegetables and make a lovely dish.

Ingredients

  • 125 g EAT ME green mini asparagus
  • 125 g EAT ME white mini asparagus
  • 250 g EAT ME baby corn
  • 1 EAT ME cayenne pepper
  • 1 leek
  • 1 el olive oil
  • pepper & salt

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Rinse all the mini asparagus and blanch them for 3 minutes in a pan with boiling water.
    Rinse with cold water.
  2. Rinse the baby corn and blanch for 5 minutes in a pan with boiling water. Rinse with cold water.
  3. Rinse the leek and slice into thin rings.
  4. Rinse the cayenne pepper, halve it and remove the seeds. Slice the pepper in tiny pieces.
  5. Stir fry the ingredients in a wok with the olive oil for 4 minutes.
  6. Bring to taste with pepper and salt.
