  • Stir fried haricots verts in soy sauce

A lovely side dish that combines the exquisite, soft flavour of the haricots verts perfectly together with the tasty soy sauce.


  • 200 g EAT ME haricots verts
  • 1 EAT ME cayenne pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3½ tbsp soy sauce

Let's get to work

  1. Rinse the haricots verts and take both ends off then cut in pieces.
  2. Dice the onion finely. Rinse the bell pepper and remove the seeds. Cut into small cubes.
  3. Rinse the cayenne pepper, halve it and remove the seeds. Slice the pepper into tiny pieces.
  4. Fry the diced onion and bell pepper in a wok pan with a tablespoon of olive oil for 3 minutes. Crush the garlic and add to the mixture.
  5. Then add the finely cut haricots verts. Stir fry for another 2 minutes. Add the tiny pieces of cayenne pepper and the soy sauce. Leave to simmer for about 8 minutes on a low heat.
