  • Spicy fried rice

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME rawit chili
  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 leek
  • 1 cucumber
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. sweet soy sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 200 g chicken fillet
  • 300 g brown rice
  • salt

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Finely chop the onions and crush the garlic.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Mix the chicken fillet cubes in a bowl with the soy sauce and garlic. Cover the bowl with foil and leave it to marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Wash the leek and cut into fine rings.
  5. Slice the chili peppers in half, remove the seeds and cut finely.
  6. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken until done. Then add the leek, onion and as much of the rawit chili as you prefer. Then add the rice and fry.
  7. Fry the eggs in a frying pan, cut the cucumber into slices and cut the lime and cherry tomatoes into segments.
  8. Serve the fried rice with fried egg, tomato, cucumber and lime.
