How about making a quick fresh and tasty pasta? Then spaghetti aglio olio is just perfect. This pasta is packed with fresh and tasty ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME cayenne pepper
  • 3 cloves EAT ME fresh garlic
  • 15 g EAT ME parsley
  • 300 g spaghetti
  • 200 g Parmesan cheese
  • 150 g Roma tomatoes
  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Rinse the parsley and chop finely.
  3. Grate the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Halve the cayenne pepper, remove the seeds and cut into very fine pieces.
  5. Crush the garlic with a garlic press.
  6. Preheat the oven to 220 °C and place the tomatoes in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  7. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic in approximately 4 minutes on low heat. Add the spaghetti, parsley, cayenne pepper and half of the cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  8. Reheat the spaghetti and put the rest of the cheese and the tomatoes on top.
