  • Smoothie made of papaya, banana and strawberries

Enjoy a healthy smoothie during breakfast or lunch.


  • 1 EAT ME papaya
  • 250 g EAT ME strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 L yoghurt

Let's get to work

  1. Cut the papaya in half vertically. Remove the seeds with a spoon. Then spoon the flesh out of the 2 halves. Cut the flesh into coarse pieces.
  2. Peel the banana and cut into large pieces
  3. Rinse the strawberries and remove the crowns.
  4. Put the papaya, banana and strawberry in a blender or in a bowl and use a stick mixer. Add the yoghurt.
  5. Puree untill smooth and pour into four glasses.
