If you don't like drinking smoothies, try eating a smoothie from a bowl instead. It's basically a type of fruit soup. Decorate the smoothie bowl with healthy toppings and it is a wonderful nutritious breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 125 g EAT ME blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp. grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Cut the mango along both sides of the stone or use a mango cutter. Then cut some strips in the seedless flesh, without cutting through the skin. Also slice in the opposite direction so you get a crosshatch pattern. Spoon the cubes from the mango. Keep a few mango cubes aside.
  2. Cut the banana into chunks and wash the blueberries. Keep some berries aside.
  3. Add the mango, banana and blueberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
  4. Decorate the smoothie bowl with the diced mango, blueberries, grated coconut and sunflower seeds.
