Lemongrass is not just nice to make tea with, but is also great in combination with meat. The lemongrass will give your BBQ recipe a refreshing taste.


  • 4 stalks EAT ME lemongrass
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 4 tsp poultry seasoning
  • pepper

Let's get to work

  1. Cut the chicken filet into equal cubes and season these with the poultry seasoning and pepper.
  2. Rinse the bell pepper, cut into half and remove the seeds. Cut the bell pepper into square pieces.
  3. Carefully slide the chicken fillet cubes and the bell pepper alternately on the lemongrass stalks.
  4. Grill the shaslick for about 10 minutes until done (turning regularly) on the barbecue or an a grill pan.
  5. The chicken and bell pepper pieces can be eaten from the lemongrass stalk just like that.
