Sharon Fruit is a delicious sweet fruit that also blends in nicely with savoury ingredients. This dish is really easy to make and is therefore a perfect appetizer. Serve sharon fruit whole and surprise your guests.


  • 4 EAT ME sharon fruit
  • 100 g soft goat cheese
  • 75 g hazelnuts
  • 25 g almonds
  • 25 g pistachios
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Cress (optional)

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Wash the sharon fruit and remove the leaves. Spread the goat cheese on the sharon fruit and bake 12 to 15 minutes in the oven.
  3. Meanwhile, chop the nuts and heat the honey in a saucepan.
  4. Add the nuts to the honey and let it simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  5. Take the sharon fruit from the oven when the goat cheese is melted and golden brown.
  6. Then place the caramelized nuts on top of sharon fruit. If you like, sprinkle a bit of watercress on the sharon fruit.
