Are you a real smoothie fan? Make sure to try this vegetable and fruit smoothie. The Shanghai paksoy is a great combination together with the mango and the other ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME Shanghai paksoy
  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 1 banana
  • 500 ml (low fat) yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Cut the mango along the stone or use a mango cutter. Slice the seedless flesh a few times
    to create a crosshatch pattern, without touching the skin. Then scoop the cubes of flesh from the skin.
  2. Remove the stalk from the Shanghai paksoy and cut the stems in big pieces.
  3. Peel the banana and cut in large pieces as well.
  4. Pour the (low fat) yoghurt, banana, mango, Shanghai paksoy and honey in a blender
    and turn it on high for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the smoothie in 4 glasses.
