  • 2 EAT ME avocados
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 (wholegrain) farmhouse bread slices
  • 4 eggs
  • pepper & salt


Let's get to work

  1. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes.
  2. Cut the avocado all the way around, going as deep as the stone. Twist until you can pull the 2
  3. halves apart. Remove the stone and scoop out the flesh. Cut the flesh into thin slices and put on
  4. the slices of bread.
  5. Peel the eggs and cut into thin slices. Place the slices of egg on top of the avocado.
  6. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut in segments and also put on the slices of bread.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
