Prepare these delicious salmon towers with stir-fried mangetout in 4 easy steps. Great as an entrée at a festive dinner party with friends or family.


  • 100 g EAT ME mangetout
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 2 leaves lollo rosso lettuce
  • 1 splash of olive oil

Let's get to work

  1. Rinse the mangetout and slice them in small strips. Stir-fry the mangetout in a little olive oil on a medium heat
    for about 2 minutes. Leave the mangetout to cool down.
  2. Cut the salmon in 4 equal sized pieces.
  3. Prepare the smoked salmon tower by placing a piece of smoked salmon on a plate, then put the cream cheese
    on top and finish off with a layer of sliced mangetout.
  4. Repeat these steps.
  5. Garnish the tower with lettuce leaves.
