Start the day well with a delicious bowl filled with rolled oats and blueberries. This breakfast guarantees a powerful start to your day.

Ingredients

  • 125 g EAT ME blueberries
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 3 dl milk
  • 75 g walnuts

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Then add the rolled oats and let it cook together for about 2 minutes.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the blueberries gently through the mixture.
  4. Pour the rolled oats in the two bowls.
  5. Chop the walnuts coarsely and sprinkle on top of the rolled oats.
  6. Allow the rolled oats to cool in the fridge for about for 1 hour.
