How about making tasty and healthy summery pancakes? They are a little like the sweet American pancakes. Only these are much healthier!

Ingredients

  • 250 g EAT ME blackberries
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 50 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 dl milk
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 dl maple syrup (optional)

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Mix the milk, the eggs and the vanilla sugar and stir well.
  2. Mix the flour, cinnamon, rolled oats and the baking powder. Add this to the liquid mixture. Stir until the batter is firm.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Melt a piece of butter in the frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Serve with blackberries and maybe some maple syrup.
