Fancy a warm vegetarian meal? Go for this delicious stir-fried dish with different kinds of vegetables.


  • 200 g EAT ME Bimi®
  • 1 EAT ME cayenne pepper
  • 125 g mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 spring onions
  • 250 g rice noodles
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 tbsp. sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis)
  • 2 tbsp. regular soy sauce (Kecap Asin)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Pinch of salt

Let's get to work

  1. Cut the bell pepper into four pieces, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Halve the cayenne pepper, remove the seeds and chop finely.
  2. Peel the onion, cut in half and slice. Peel the garlic.
  3. Bring a pan of water to a boil. Add the rice noodles and let it boil for 2 minutes. Let the rice noodles drain well.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a wok. Squeeze the garlic and add to the olive oil. Immediately add the onion, mushrooms, bell peppers and cayenne pepper and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Rinse the spring onion, cut finely and add to the wok together with the Bimi®.
  6. After a few minutes, add the sweet soy sauce and the regular soy sauce.
  7. Mix the stir-fry vegetables with the noodles and season to taste with some salt.
