Ingredients

  • 2 EAT ME red/red pitahaya
  • 125 g EAT ME blueberries
  • 2 EAT ME kiwis
  • 3 bananas
  • 0.5 L yoghurt
  • 100 g unsalted cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp ground coconut

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Peel the bananas, cut into pieces and place in a container.
  2. Put the container in the freezer for 1 hour.
  3. Cut the pitahaya vertically in half and spoon out the flesh.
  4. Cut half a pitahaya into small cubes and use the rest to mix.
  5. Peel the kiwis and cut into slices.
  6. Put the frozen banana and the other pitahaya flesh into a blender and mix until smooth.
  7. Evenly divide the mixture between the four bowls.
  8. Place the slices of kiwi, bits of pitahaya and blueberries on top.
  9. Finish with ground coconut and cashew nuts.
