Delicious tangy red currants are a great match with sweet dishes. Eat the red currants for breakfast or as an easy dessert. Easy to make!


  • 125 g EAT ME red currants
  • 500 ml vanilla yoghurt

Let's get to work

  1. Rinse the red currants and strip the berries off the stalks. Keep some red currants aside for decoration and mash the rest of the red currants.
  2. Mix the vanilla yoghurt with the red currants and pour into the bowls.
  3. Garnish with red currants.
