A quick and easy way to use raspberries in a recipe: as a decoration on cupcakes. The raspberries with their, lovely sweet taste, soft texture and beautiful colour, add just that little bit extra to the cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 250 g EAT ME raspberries
  • 1 packet basic mix for cupcakes
  • 500 ml cream
  • 80 g sugar

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Prepare the cupcake mixture and bake the cupcakes according to the directions on the packet.
  2. Leave the cupcakes to cool down on a cooling rack out of the oven.
  3. Add the sugar to the cream and whisk until it has a yoghurt-like consistency.
  4. Use a spoon to divide the whipped cream on the cup-cakes.
  5. Rinse the raspberries, leave them to drain in a sieve or pat them dry.
  6. Decorate the cup cakes with the raspberries.
