  • Rambutan rolls with raw ham

Make a delicious and surprising appetizer or a lovely snack to be enjoyed by everyone. The sweet flavour of the rambutan is a great combination with the raw ham.

Ingredients

10 EAT ME rambutan
10 slices raw ham
75 g mixed salad
50 ml dressing of your choice.

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Score the rambutan right around and remove the skin. Use a knife to carefully remove the kernel out of the flesh.
  2. Fold the raw ham widthwise and roll the rambutan into it.
  3. Put the dressing on the salad and put it in the middle of a plate.
  4. Place the rambutan rolls around it.
Enjoy

Tip

These rambutan rolls are also great as an appitizer in which case you can leave out the salad.
