Ingredients

Cake

  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt

Filling

  • 1 EAT ME kiwi
  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 75 g EAT ME blueberries
  • 1 EAT ME pomegranate
  • 50 g EAT ME blackberries
  • 50 g EAT ME raspberries
  • 1½ L yoghurt
  • some black and white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp. nuts
  • Blue food colouring powder
  • Green food colouring powder
  • Yellow food colouring powder
  • Red food colouring powder

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Knead the butter, sugar and egg together. Then add the flour and salt to the dough and knead into a firm dough. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Grease a cake tin and cover the bottom and sides of the cake tin with the dough.
  4. Bake the cake bottom for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven.
  5. Divide the yoghurt into 4 bowls and add food colouring to each bowl of yoghurt until it turns into a beautiful colour.
  6. Peel the kiwis and cut into slices.
  7. Cut the top off the pomegranate. Cut gently along the ridges from the top to the bottom. Open the fruit. Then remove the pomegranate seeds.
  8. Cut the mango along both sides of the stone or use a mango cutter. Use a melon baller to get a total of 4 balls from the flesh. Take the remaining mango flesh off the skin and cut into nice slices.
  9. Pour the 4 bowls of coloured yoghurt into the cake.
  10. Finely chop the nuts.
  11. Decorate the cake with the different fruits, sesame seeds and nuts.
