The sweet taste of the snow peas is a great combination with the tasty flavour of the blue d' Auvergne in this savoury quiche.


  • 200 g EAT ME snow peas
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • ½ courgette
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g bleu d'Auvergne
  • 200 ml cooking cream
  • 5 sheets of puff pastry
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. paprika powder
  • A splash of olive oil
  • pepper & salt

Let's get to work

  1. Pre heat the oven to 170 °C.
  2. Take the puff pastry sheets from the packet and leave them to thaw.
  3. Rinse the courgette and the bell pepper. Dice the courgette, bell pepper and the onion.
  4. Stir-fry these vegetables in a little olive oil for about 2 minutes.
  5. Rinse the snow peas and blanch in boiling water. Rinse with cold water.
  6. Line a quiche dish with the sheets of puff pastry.
  7. Mix the eggs, cooking cream, flour and paprika powder together, add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Place the stir-fried vegetables into the quiche dish and cover this with the snow peas.
    Pour the egg mixture over this and arrange pieces of bleu d'Auvergne on top.
  9. Bake the quiche until done in 35 to 40 minutes.
