  • Quark cakes with raspberry-strawberries

  • 300 g EAT ME strawberries
  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • 300 g quark
  • 50 g butter
  • 120 g wholemeal biscuits
  • 5 gelatine leaves


  • 125 g EAT ME raspberry-strawberries
  • 4 sprigs of EAT ME mint
  • 100 ml cream
  • 20 g of sugar

Let's get to work

  1. Crumble the biscuits. Heat the butter in a pan and stir in the biscuit crumbs.
  2. Grease the springform pans, put the biscuit crumbs on the bottom and press firmly.
  3. Place the gelatin in cold water.
  4. Rinse the strawberries, remove the crowns and mash.
  5. Mix the mashed strawberries together with the sugar and lime juice in a saucepan and heat until nearly boiling.
  6. Add the gelatin to the mixture and let it dissolve. Then remove from heat and put in cold water.
  7. Fold the quark through the strawberry mixture when it starts to set.
  8. Put the bavarois in the molds with the biscuit crumbs and put in the refrigerator for 2.5 hours.
  9. Whip the cream with the sugar.
  10. Decorate the bavarois with a tuft of whipped cream, a sprig of mint and
  11. the raspberry -strawberries.
