Having a summer party and want to make a cocktail without alcohol? Go for the pitahaya mocktail with raspberries and watermelon.

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME pitahaya
  • 125 g EAT ME raspberries
  • ½ watermelon

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Cut the watermelon into 2 pieces. Then cut 1 half into pieces and remove the skin. Save the other half.
  2. Cut the pitahaya vertically in half and scoop out the flesh. Then cut the flesh into cubes.
  3. Put the pitahaya flesh, watermelon and raspberries in a blender and mix until smooth.
  4. Then divide the mocktail over 4 glasses.
