How about making a healthy and festive dessert? Surprise your guests with this pitahaya filled with delicious blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. This dessert isn't just delicious but it's also very quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME red pitahaya
  • 50 g EAT ME blueberries
  • 50 g EAT ME raspberries
  • 50 g EAT ME blackberries

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Slice the pitahaya vertically in half and spoon the flesh out of the fruit. Making sure the skin of the pitahaya stays intact.
  2. Cut the pitahaya flesh in cubes.
  3. Gently rinse the blueberries, raspberries and the blackberries. Gently mix all the fruit together and place in the 2 pitahaya halves.
