Everyone loves a beautiful pavlova. The taste of physalis gives this dessert a sweet flavour.


  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cornflour


  • 100 g EAT ME physalis
  • 2 EAT ME mangos
  • 6 sprigs of mint
  • 500 ml cream
  • 75g sugar

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat the oven to 100 ° C.
  2. Use a lemon to degrease the mixer and the bowl.
  3. Beat the egg whites firmly and slowly add the sugar.
  4. Mix the cornflour with the lime juice.
  5. Add the corn mixture to the egg whites and beat the egg whites well for another 3 minutes until it is shiny and soft peaks are forming.
  6. Make a circle on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  7. Bake them in the oven for approximately 1.5 hours. Let them cool down afterwards.
  8. Beat the cream together with the sugar and spread the cream over the pavlova.
  9. Cut the mango along both sides of the stone or use a mango slicer. Then cut some strips in the seedless flesh, without cutting through the skin. Also slice in the opposite direction so you get a crosshatch pattern. Spoon the cubes from the mango.
  10. Place the mango cubes and physalis on top of the pavlova and decorate with sprigs of mint.
  11. Decorate the pavlova with sprigs of mint.
