  • Pepino salad with blueberries

Combine salty and sweet flavours in a delicious salad. Ideal in the summer or at a barbecue. Give this sunny recipe a try.

Ingredients

  • 2 EAT ME pepinos
  • 100 g EAT ME blueberries
  • 5 g EAT ME mint
  • 50 g rocket
  • 250 g feta
  • 2 tbsp. honey (optional)

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Cut the pepino vertically in half. Remove the skin and cut in thin slices.
  2. Place the rocket on two plates and put the pepino slices on top.
  3. Rinse the blueberries and also add them to the pepino.
  4. Crumble the feta and sprinkle on top of the salad.
  5. Rinse the mint and remove the leaves from the stalks. Place these on the salad and sprinkle with honey to your own taste.
