  • Passion fruit smoothie with mango and papaya

Ingredients

  • 4 EAT ME passion fruit
  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 1 EAT ME papaya
  • 200 ml (organic) apple juice
  • 500 ml (low fat) yoghurt

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Slice the papaya vertically in half. Use a spoon to remove the seeds. Scoop the flesh out of the 2 halves. Slice the flesh in large pieces.
  2. Slice the mango along both sides of the seed or use a mango cutter. Cut a few slices in the flesh without cutting through the skin. Also slice in the opposite direction so you get a crosshatch pattern. Spoon the cubes from the mango.
  3. Put both the mango and the papaya flesh in a blender or in a bowl and use a stick mixer. Add the yoghurt and the apple juice.
  4. Mix everything until smooth.
  5. Slice the passion fruit in half and use a spoon to remove the jelly-like flesh.
  6. Add the passion fruit flesh to the smoothie. Continue mixing for another 5 or 10 seconds and pour into the glasses.
