Recept time 4

Use papaya on its own instead of cutting it and using it as part of a dish. The papaya boats can be eaten as a dessert, but also as a large snack. This recipe is perfect to make together with kids.

  • 2 EAT ME papayas
  • Fruit to taste, for example:
  • EAT ME strawberries
  • EAT ME blueberries
  • EAT ME blackberries
  • EAT ME mango
  • EAT ME kiwi
  • EAT ME raspberries
  • 50 g white almonds
  • yoghurt

Let's get to work

  1. Cut the papaya in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon.
  2. Cut straight pieces off the curved sides of the papaya, so they don't wobble while filling them.
  3. Put a little yoghurt in the papayas.
  4. Rinse and slice the fruit and randomly place the pieces of fruit on the yogurt and the papaya.
  5. Then sprinkle the almonds on top of the papaya boats.
