How about making a delicious hot oatmeal breakfast for yourself? There are many different oatmeal recipes. The oatmeal can be made with vegan milk and different kinds of toppings. This variation with raspberries is our favourite!

Ingredients

  • 125 g EAT ME raspberries
  • 400 ml of milk (personal choice)
  • 80 g oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 10 g coconut blossom sugar

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Use a saucepan to bring the milk to boil and add the oatmeal. Cook and stir continuously for about 8 minutes until well thickened.
  2. Keep a few raspberries aside for decoration and place the rest of the raspberries in a saucepan and heat together with the water and the coconut blossom sugar.
  3. Finely mash the raspberries in the saucepan and keep cooking for a while until it has turned into a puree.
  4. Divide the oatmeal into 2 bowls and pour the raspberry sauce on top.
  5. Garnish with the remaining raspberries.
