How about making a delicious vegetarian meal? Try using Asian vegetables in your meal. Great with Asian spices.

Ingredients

  • 6 leaves EAT ME choisam
  • 150 g EAT ME mangetout
  • 5 g EAT ME ginger
  • 300 g fine noodles
  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. ginger syrup
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce (or fish sauce, then the dish is not vegetarian)
  • 1 tbsp. black sesame seeds
  • 4 eggs
  • small knob of butter
  • salt & pepper

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Beat 4 eggs and season to taste with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a pan and heat the eggs over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula in the pan until you have scrambled eggs.
  2. Peel and grate the ginger. Wash the choisam and cut into chunks, keep the stems apart.
  3. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package and rinse with cold water.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a wok and quickly fry the ginger. Add the choisam stems, mangetout, ginger syrup and soy sauce (or fish sauce).
  5. Bake for about 4 minutes, then add the choisam leaves and cook for another minute.
  6. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the noodles for 2 minutes.
  7. Divide the noodles and spoon the vegetables on top. Divide the egg and sesame seeds on top of the dish.
