Do you like the traditional French cuisine? Than we recommend you try this delicious Niçoise Salad. The texture and taste of the haricots verts and the tuna along with the other ingredients will make this a very delicious salad.


  • 150 g EAT ME haricots verts
  • 90 g potatoes
  • 90 g canned tuna
  • 2 hardboiled eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 18 black olives
  • 1 ½ tbsp. capers
  • ½ red onion
  • 5 tbsp. vinaigrette dressing

Let's get to work

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut in wedges and cook them for 6 minutes until just firm.
  2. Cut the tomatoes in 4 wedges and do the same with the eggs.
  3. Rinse the haricots verts and cut off the ends. Blanch them in boiling water for 4 minutes
    and rinse them with cold water.
  4. Slice ½ the onion in thin rings.
  5. Arrange the plates with all the ingredients. Start with the haricots verts,
    add the tuna and place the potato wedges, olives, capers, tomatoes and eggs around.
    Decorate with the onion rings. Sprinkle the vinaigrette dressing over the salad.
