  • Naan bread with blueberries

A surprising snack or lunch. The combination of the sweet berries and the salty feta is delicious. Give this recipe a try!


  • 125 g EAT ME blueberries
  • 400 g self-raising flour
  • 300 g yoghurt
  • 400 g feta
  • 4 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • garden cress

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Mix the self-raising flour, yoghurt, olive oil and a pinch of salt in a food processor and knead into a dough.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll out in an oval shape, about ½ cm thick.
  4. Heat a grill pan and bake the naan bread on both sides for about 2 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Crumble the feta on top of the naan bread.
  6. Rinse the blueberries and divide over the naan bread.
  7. Then add honey to taste on the naan bread.
  8. Bake the naan bread in the oven for 5 minutes.
  9. Then sprinkle with the garden cress and serve slightly warm.
