Tasty, spicy and crispy. Perfect to go with drinks. Everyone loves pizza, so serve this great snack at parties and celebrations for example. Guaranteed success!


  • 6 EAT ME jalapeño chillies
  • 2 sprigs of EAT ME basil
  • 6 pomodori tomatoes
  • 12 slices of chorizo
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 tsp paprika powder

For the pizza dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 ml lukewarm milk
  • 12 g dried yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Let's get to work

  1. Using a hand mixer with dough hooks, mix all the pizza dough ingredients together. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 °C
  3. Rinse the basil. Finely chop the shallot and cut the tomatoes into pieces.
  4. Mix the chopped tomatoes, shallots, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to make the pizza sauce. Bring to taste with paprika powder, basil and salt and pepper.
  5. Rinse the jalapeño chillies and cut off the top. Remove the seeds and cut into thin rings. Cut the pomodori tomatoes into slices. Cut at least 12 slices.
  6. Divide the pizza dough into 12 pieces.
  7. Take these balls and press the dough flat with your thumb to create a mini pizza.
  8. Cover each mini pizza with a little pizza sauce and put 1 slice of tomato, 1 slice of chorizo and some rings jalapeño chili on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  9. Bake the mini-pizzas in about 5 to 6 minutes until done.
