A colourful snack as appetizer or delicious with drinks. Simple and full of flavour. Finally, an excuse to use those beautiful edible flowers and surprise everyone.

Ingredients

  • 3 EAT ME mangosteen
  • 10 g EAT ME parsley
  • 125 g edible flowers
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 Lollo rosso lettuce
  • 80 g sliced smoked beef

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Halve the cucumber and remove the seeds. Cut into 6 equal pieces.
  2. Wash the Lollo Rosso and put on the cucumbers.
  3. Place the smoked meat on top of the Lollo Rosso.
  4. Cut the mangosteen by making an incision all the way around the rind.
  5. Remove the top part. Be aware the segments can contain seeds. Place the segments on the filled cucumber.
  6. Garnish the mangosteen cucumber snacks with edible flowers and a sprig of parsley.
