A freshly made drink always goes well at parties. Are you always making the same type of drinks? Then we have a great idea and suggest you try mango!

Ingredients

  • 3 EAT ME mangos
  • 20 g EAT ME tarragon
  • 500 ml coconut water
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 6 tbsp. water
  • 1 glass of rum

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop the tarragon finely.
  2. Cut the mango along both sides of the stone or use a mango slicer. Then cut some strips in the seedless flesh, without cutting through the skin. Also slice in the opposite direction so you get a crosshatch pattern. Spoon the cubes from the mango.
  3. Put a little bit of coconut water with the sugar in a saucepan and warm this so it turns into a transparent hot sugar syrup. Make sure the sugar syrup is not too hot, otherwise the tarragon will turn brown.
  4. Use a stick mixer to mix the tarragon with the sugar syrup.
  5. Put the mango pieces in a food processor and add the coconut water and the rum little by little.
  6. First put a layer of tarragon syrup in the glasses and pour the mango shake on top.

Tips

Would you rather have a shake without alcohol? Leave the rum out.

In large glasses a stirrer can be quite useful. Then you taste both and the syrup will not stay at the bottom.
