This dessert is delicious and so easy to make. The sweet taste of mango combines perfectly with the tangy passion fruit.


  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 4 EAT ME passion fruit
  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • 250 ml cream

Let's get to work

  1. Cut the mango along the sides of the stone, spoon out the flesh and puree the juice of ½ a lime until smooth.
  2. Whip the cream.
  3. Halve 2 passion fruits and mix the pulp with the mango puree and whipped cream.
  4. Divide the mousse over 4 glasses.
  5. Let the mousse stiffen in the fridge for at least 1 to 2 hours for the best result.
  6. Slice the other 2 passion fruits in half and place 1 half on the mousse in each glass.
  7. Tip! For an especially festive dessert: decorate with a lime wedge.
