Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 100 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Cut the mango along the stone or use a mango cutter.
  2. Then cut the flesh into slices without cutting through the skin. Use a spoon to scoop the slices from the skin."
  3. Place the mango slices and yoghurt in the blender and add the honey. Blend until smooth.
  4. Fill the ice cream moulds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  5. Remove the ice cream by holding the moulds briefly under warm water.
