Prepare a lovely Easter brunch with different kinds of fresh salads. Even when it's not Easter, this brunch served on a wooden plank will be a hit any time.

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • ½ EAT ME cayenne pepper
  • 400 g chickpeas
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 g parsley
  • ½ tsp. curry powder
  • ½ tbs. honey
  • salt & pepper

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Cut the mango along both sides of the stone or use a mango slicer. Spoon out the flesh and put it in a blender.
  2. Cut the cayenne pepper in half and remove the seeds. Press the garlic with a garlic press. Put the pepper and garlic in a blender.
  3. Put the chickpeas, parsley, honey and curry powder in the blender too.
  4. Mix everything until smooth.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
