The smell of hot crumble will remind you of your childhood and the taste of this crumble will come as a surprise. The mango adds a very exotic touch to a classic dessert. As a grand finale have this crumble for dessert.


  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 55 g cold butter
  • 75 g wheat flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 25 g flaked almonds
  • 2 tsp syrup
  • salt

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C
  2. Grease 4 ramekins with a little butter. Cut the remaining butter into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Knead the flour together with a pinch of salt and the cold butter, creating a crumbly substance. Also add the sugar and the almonds.
  4. Cut the mango along both sides of the stone or use a mango cutter. Then cut some strips in the seedless flesh, without cutting through the skin. Also slice in the opposite direction so you get a crosshatch pattern. Spoon the cubes from the mango.
  5. Add the syrup to the mango. Place the mango mixture in the ramekins and put the crumble mixture on top. Make sure that the mango is well covered.
  6. Bake the crumble for 15 minutes until done and golden brown.




Serve the mango crumble slightly warm with whipped cream.
