  • Mango citrus smoothie

Give yourself an energy boost with this smoothie full of fruit. Slice the fruit, blend quickly and you have a refreshing smoothie. Is also nice on less hot days!


  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • 2 oranges
  • 200 ml low fat yoghurt
  • 200 ml low fat milk

Let's get to work

  1. Slice the mango along both sides of the seed or use a mango cutter. Slice 4 wedges with its skin of about 1,5 cm thick (as decoration). Cut a few slices in the rest of the flesh without cutting through the skin. Also slice in the opposite direction so you get a crosshatch pattern. Spoon the cubes from the mango.
  2. Rinse the lime and grate the zest.
  3. Cut the lime in half and squeeze it or use a fork.
  4. Squeeze the oranges.
  5. Put the mango, orange juice, lime zest, yoghurt and milk in a blender and mix until smooth. Add a bit of milk if the smoothie is too thick.
  6. Pour the smoothie into the glasses and decorate each glass with a mango wedge.
