Spread, fill, roll up the wraps and ready! These mango-chicken wraps are ready to be served in no time. So simple and so nice!

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 125 g mixed lettuce
  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • ½ red onion
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 piece of butter
  • pepper & salt

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Slice the mango along both sides of the seed or use a mango cutter. Cut a few slices in the flesh without cutting through the skin. Also slice in the opposite direction so you get a crosshatch pattern. Spoon the cubes from the mango.
  2. Slice the onion in thin rings.
  3. Dice the chicken fillet. Use a frying pan to melt the butter and fry the chicken.
  4. Warm up the wraps according to the instructions on the packet.
  5. Then spread the mayonnaise on the wraps and put the mixed lettuce on top.
  6. Then add the mango, chicken and red onion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Roll the wraps up and cut diagonally.
