Lemongrass with Gamba skewers

Lemongrass is not just nice to make tea with but it is also a great combination with fish.
The lemongrass used as the skewer will give your BBQ recipe a fresh flavour.

Ingredients

  • 4 stems EAT ME lemongrass
  • 10 g EAT ME chives
  • 16 peeled gambas
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • pepper & salt

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Rinse the bell pepper, cut in half and remove the seeds. Cut in large square pieces.
  2. Carefully slide the gambas and the bell pepper alternately on the lemongrass stem.
  3. Slice the garlic very finely and sprinkle on the gamba skewers. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Grill the skewers for 3 to 4 minutes on the barbecue or grill pan.
  5. Rinse the chives and cut finely. Sprinkle the finely cut chives over the gamba skewers.
  6. The gamba scan now be eaten of the lemongrass stem.
