Kiwifruit and goat cheese make a tasty salad. They complement each other in a salad. This snack is another variety in which the flavours are liquefied and mixed together.

Ingredients

  • 4 EAT ME kiwis
  • 4 gelatine leaves
  • 200 g soft immature goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 10 ml cream
  • 10 plastic shot glasses
  • 10 popsicle sticks

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Peel and puree the kiwifruit. Pour the puree into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  2. Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water, once soft, wring gently to remove the water. Add the gelatine leaves to the kiwifruit puree and stir until the gelatine is completely dissolved.
  3. Put the pan with the mango puree in a cold-water bath and let it cool down.
  4. Meanwhile, whisk the goat cheese with the cream and honey until smooth and spoon into a piping bag.
  5. Put 2/3 of the kiwifruit puree in the shot glasses as soon as the kiwifruit puree starts to stiffen. Set 1/3 of the kiwifruit puree aside.
  6. Pipe the goat cheese through the kiwifruit puree in the shot glasses. Divide the remaining 1/3 of the kiwifruit puree in the glasses and insert popsicle sticks in the glasses. Then leave in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
  7. Remove the glasses from the fridge after 2 hours and hold the glasses in hot water for about 10 seconds to make it easy to remove the glasses from the snacks.
  8. Kiwi goat-cheese sticks are great to spread on a sandwich or to eat them just like that.

Enjoy
