  • Kiwi crab tartare

This main course is full of colour, aroma and flavour! Restaurant-worthy and easy to prepare.


  • 4 EAT ME kiwis
  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 300 g surimi sticks
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 4 leaves frisee lettuce
  • salt and pepper

  • 1 punnet Shiso Purple cress
  • 1 punnet EAT ME edible flowers
  • French bread

Let's get to work

  1. Dice the cucumber, bell pepper and surimi sticks into small cubes. Mix the ingredients together with the juice of the lime and the mayonnaise.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Peel the kiwis, cut in half and then into thin slices.
  4. Rinse the lettuce.
  5. Arrange the kiwi slices in a circle on the plates.
  6. Take a metal ring, place on the kiwis and fill with the surimi mixture. Carefully remove the ring and repeat with the remaining plates.
  7. Decorate the plates with Shiso Purple cress, edible flowers and frisee lettuce.


serve the tartare with French bread.
