Carpaccio isn't just a meat speciality. Carpaccio actually means thinly sliced, so you can use this for other products as well. Like kiwifruit! It looks sensational served on a platter with other snacks!

Ingredients

  • 6 EAT ME kiwifruit
  • 1 EAT ME pomegranate
  • 50 g pecans
  • 2 tbsp. honey

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Peel the kiwis and cut into thin slices. Arrange the kiwi slices on a platter.
  2. Cut the top off the pomegranate. Gently cut along the ridges from the top to the bottom and open the fruit. Then remove the seeds from the fruit and sprinkle on the kiwi carpaccio.
  3. Cut the pecans into pieces and sprinkle over the kiwifruit.
  4. Serve immediately.
