Want a delicious and healthy breakfast, but you don't have enough time in the morning? Then make a delicious oatmeal breakfast the night before. It's like having pie for breakfast, because this breakfast has a healthy pie crust!

Ingredients

  • 125 g EAT ME kiwi berries
  • 50 g + 4 tbsp. oatmeal
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. agave syrup
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 4 tablespoons of oatmeal. Stir well to combine.
  2. Place the mixture into a bowl and press down firmly.
  3. Mash the banana and mix with 50 grams of oatmeal, coconut milk, the chia seeds, agave syrup and the cinnamon. Place the oatmeal mixture in the bowls and cover with cling film.
  4. Put the bowls in the fridge overnight.
  5. Remove the dishes from the fridge the next morning and rinse the kiwi berries. Cut the kiwi berry into slices and arrange on the plates.
