Create a simple and tasty Italian dish. It's great to add mini courgette. The mini courgette stays crispy and full of flavour!


  • 200 g mini courgettes
  • 3 EAT ME sprigs of basil
  • 4 chicken legs
  • 50 g pancetta
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 50 g black olives
  • 1 tsp herbes de Provence
  • 1 bunch of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Season the chicken legs with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake the chicken for 20 minutes in the oven.
  2. Remove the dish from the oven and add the mini courgettes, the olives, unpeeled garlic, pancetta and cherry tomatoes. Then sprinkle with herbes de Provence.
  3. Place the dish back in the oven and bake for another 20 minutes or until the chicken is done.
  4. Rinse the basil and chop finely.
  5. Before serving, squeeze the garlic out of its skin and spread the soft garlic over the chicken. Sprinkle with basil.
