Want to serve multiple flavours at the same time, but don't want to bake huge amounts? Then go for mini vegetables. Combine several types of mini vegetables with each other. It looks great as well.


  • 200 g EAT ME mini corn
  • 200 g EAT ME minicarrots
  • 200 g EAT ME mini courgettes
  • 10 g EAT ME rosemary
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat oven to 210°C
  2. Rinse the mini vegetables and rosemary and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Spread on a baking tray and and bake in about 10-12 minutes until done.
