Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME habanero chilli
  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp green curry paste
  • 200 g shrimp
  • 250 ml coconut milk

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Finely chop the habanero chili and cut the onion in half moon shapes.
  2. Bake the curry paste in a wok and add the coconut milk. Add the prawns and onion and cook in the curry until done.
  3. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Serve the curry together with the rice.
