Gin and tonic is the drink of the moment! Give gin and tonic a delicious flavour by adding fruit and herbs. This version with rosemary and kumquat is a tasty variation.


  • 4 EAT ME kumquats
  • 2 EAT ME rosemary sprigs
  • 60 ml gin
  • 200 ml tonic
  • ice cubes

Let's get to work

  1. Rinse the kumquats and the rosemary. Slice the kumquats.
  2. Fill the glasses with ice cubes and pour the gin in the glasses. Then pour the tonic in the glasses and stir briefly.
  3. Place the sliced kumquats in the glasses and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
