Fresh galangal tea is nothing more than warm water with a small piece of galanga and if you like, you can add lime and honey. A delicious drink that is made in no time.

Ingredients

  • 200 g EAT ME galanga
  • 1 L of water
  • Optional: lime or honey

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Bring 1 liter of water to the boil
  2. Cut the galanga into slices.
  3. Pour the tea into glasses and add about 4 slices of galanga per glass.
  4. Tip: use a slice of lime or a teaspoon of honey for extra flavour.
